Les Maisons du Phare de l'Île Verte

L’Île Verte will charm you with its calm and authenticity. Sleeping under the benevolent guard of the signal light which has swept the river for 200 years is a unique experience.

The lighthouse site offers an exceptional landscape, unforgettable sunsets, a place of rejuvenation inhabited by a rich history.

We offer the two houses of the Phare de l’Île Verte for individual rental and some periods during the summer allow you to stay there in hostel mode. Each house has 4 bedrooms, a full kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and can accommodate 8 people. We rent the houses for a minimum of 2 nights.

The Île Verte Lighthouse is classified as a historic monument by Canadian Heritage (1st lighthouse on the Saint-Laurent, 1809).

On-site catering: a gourmet counter is operated there and will be run, for a second year, by the restaurateurs of Pied Bleu, from Quebec.
