About
Le Chant des Fromages is first and foremost a Matapédian farming family. A herd of Jerseys in Val-Brillant, a small agricultural and bucolic village in the Matapédia Valley. In 2023, it was the acquisition of a small milk processing workshop in Sainte-Luce sur mer. Since then, the milk from the family farm has been used to develop delicious local cheeses!
A daily life dotted with children, pastures, small brown cows, music, discoveries, encounters, milk, cheese and love.
Although it is not currently possible to buy directly from the cheese maker, Le Chant des Fromages is present in various markets in the region.
