Located in the heart of downtown Rimouski, the artisanal bakery Le Farinographe is located on the premises of Coop Alina. Open from 9:00 a.m. every day of the week.

Privileging regional and organic ingredients, the bakery offers you fresh specialty breads made with natural sourdoughs, including its famous and very popular crusty baguette with the crumb well honeycombed; gourmet sandwiches, puff pastries, tartlets, turnovers, pastries. All our products are pure butter and made by hand.

Our products are created from Quebec and regional organic flours.
