Since the first edition in 2013, the same principle: giving carte blanche to a “head”, a Quebec filmmaker, who concocts for us a program selected from recent Quebec cinematography. During a warm and friendly weekend in the heart of winter, festival-goers discover not only our guest’s film, but also his favorites and his cinema family.

Screenings followed by discussions, master classes, workshops, short film competition, local and participatory creation component, professional meetings… are on the menu of this unique and friendly festival.

During a long weekend in February 2024, in the mild winter of February, Pascal Plante will guide Rivière-du-Loup film buffs through a program in his image, tinged with his inspirations, his imagination and his encounters.
