The Medieval Festival takes place in a community of more or less 350 inhabitants. It usually welcomes nearly 10,000 visitors from across Quebec and Canada to its permanent site. They find themselves in a period setting and live the experience on a site which is renewed and which constantly evolves with the addition of new infrastructures. Three days of festivities are on the program for the greatest pleasure of fans of this era.

Gentes ladies and gentlemen, are you ready to return to the year 1000? Welcome to the medieval village of St-Marcellin! Come see jousts and equestrian games, fire eaters, live blade fights, visit lively Scottish, Viking, Templar, Celtic, Icelandic, Mamluk and La Compagnie de St-Adrien camps, come see the horsesNorwegian Fjord, attend to conferences, to the artisans’ market and to hear music from that era. Don’t miss the famous Lord’s Banquet on Saturday at Maison Sire Roland and the Great Battle of the Village on Sunday afternoon.
