FLÕ Festival

The FLÕ project meshes arts and sciences in order to reinvest knowledge about the St. Lawrence River and its territory and to develop a sense of being able to act as a citizen in the face of the climate emergency. The activities and performances offered at the Bic during the eco-artistic festival will allow the public to (re)connect with the territory, to (re)discover it and to feel the maritime nature of Eastern Quebec.
