Route
des Frontières
Head on a panoramic road trip to the Maritimes
Just 95 kilometres long, this route will take you from Saint-André-de-Kamouraska away from the St. Lawrence River and towards Saint-Jean-de-la-Lande in Témiscouta. The Route des Frontières earns its name from the fact that it weaves a path bordering Maine and New Brunswick. Travel through time as you pass by some of the greatest historical attractions along this route, for example the Vielle Gare de Rivière-Bleue, which houses a railway museum, boutique and café, and the famous Festival du Bootlegger.
