A month of Holiday Boutique in Rivière-du-Loup
Rédaction
Élyane Côté, a lover of her native region, she can talk about Rivière-du-Loup's wonders for hours.
A tourist information office is usually a place where you can find various pieces of information such as road maps, brochures on accommodations or attractions, or posters on upcoming events.
But in November and December, when we come at the Rivière-du-Loup tourist information office, we find ourselves in a completely different universe!
Indeed, from mid-November, decorated trees and shelves well stocked with beautiful products fill the place. It is a real Christmas shop that we visit!
On site, the products of 50 exhibitors from the Rivière-du-Loup area. From gourmet products to body products, Christmas decorations, jewelry, kitchenware and artwork, there is something for everyone!
What’s worse than a gift draw where you end up with the name of the newest addition to the family? How do you know what he will like? The Holiday Shop team knows it! Personalized gift baskets are custom-made according to your budget. You won’t even have to worry about packaging!
Did you know that many families have abandoned the exchange of large gifts to buy only Christmas socks? It seems simpler at first glance, but you still need to have enough to fill the famous stocking!
How about a piece of jewelry handmade by a local jeweler? A decoration or kitchen utensil handcrafted from wood? Or an assortment of spreads that will brighten up winter mornings? Dozens of options are available to you in one place. Easy, isn’t it?
Admission to the shop is free and small surprises will be offered to children who come in.
Simplify your holiday shopping and encourage local artisans by visiting the Tourisme Rivière-du-Loup Holiday Boutique!
The Holiday Boutique runs from November 18 to December 20.
Open Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
See you at 189, boulevard Hôtel-de-Ville in Rivière-du-Loup.
