Layer of snow crab with herb mayonnaise

Recipe Snow crab layered with herb mayonnaise
Number of servings
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 kg Snow crab meat
60 g Carot
60 g Zucchini
60 g Leek
60 g Oyster mushroom
1 Red bell pepper
1 Tomato
50 g Rice vermicelli
200 ml Camelina oil
Preparation
- Boil the rice vermicelli, rinse well and set aside.
- Rinse, peel and slice mushrooms, julienne carrot, leek and zucchini.
- Cut tomatoes and peppers into brunoise.
- Heat a large frying pan, add the camelina oil and sweat the carrot, zucchini, leek, mushrooms and bell pepper. Add tomatoes only at the end.
- Layer crabmeat, vegetables and rice vermicelli in a cookie form. Add herb mayonnaise and sprouts.
Mayonnaise with Herbs
2 eggs
150 ml olive oil
150 ml Peanut oil (optional)
1 lemon
15 ml Dill
15 ml Chives
15 ml Chervil
Salt and pepper
