Le Jardin des Pèlerins
Located just a few minutes from Parc de l’Ancien-Quai, Jardin des Pèlerins welcomes you to its charming kiosk.
You’ll find their seasonal harvests and famous seasoned salts, plus a few products from local partners.
It’s the ideal place to fill up on local flavors before heading out on a picnic.
La Caboche
La Caboche invites you to discover their farm and enjoy a guided tour. Less than 20 minutes from downtown Rimouski, this family farm offers you an immersive experience with their animals. You can visit the henhouse, the duck meadow, the micro-pig farm, and much more. Sylvain and Jessie will explain their production methods and environmentally-friendly approach.
After your visit, relax in the boutique or let the kids have fun in the play area. A tasting of local products is also planned to bring your visit to a gourmet conclusion.
Les petits régals des bois
For a unique adventure, visit Les petits régals des bois. This hunting farm specializes in wild boar and turkey breeding, and offers interpretation and a tour of their installations.
You’ll discover their production of wild boar, roosters, laying hens, quail and wild turkeys.
Ferme Cybèle
Located in La Pocatière, Ferme Cybèle is a true family oasis dedicated to growing strawberries, raspberries, apples and a variety of vegetables. All the produce is exceptionally fresh, sourced directly from the farm or from trusted regional producers.
Be sure to visit the dairy bar, where you’ll find homemade specialties made with delicious fresh strawberries. For those with a sweet tooth, homemade pies, baked on site, are available at all times. It’s a taste experience not to be missed!
La Ferme Grande Fourche
Located in Saint-Hubert-de-Rivière-du-Loup, Ferme de la Grande Fourche offers a splendid view of Lac de la Grande Fourche. For more than 35 years, this family farm has specialized in cattle breeding (Angus, Wagyu and Shorthorn) and cultivates 750 acres in various forages.
Their sales counter, opened in 2016, allows direct purchase of high-quality meat, from producer to consumer. The eco-responsible approach is supported by their VPB+ accreditation, guaranteeing food safety and the well-being of their animals. Whether you’re a resident or a visitor, they’ll be delighted to welcome you and prepare your order for you.
You can also take advantage of the accommodation offered under the Terego umbrella to extend your stay and enjoy a complete wilderness experience!
