The Petit Témis
Interprovincial Linear Park
From Rivière-du-Loup to the shores of Lac Témiscouta
- Difficulty: Easy
- Distance: 74 km
- Elevation: 587 m
Ideal for family bike rides, Le Parc Linéaire Interprovincial Petit Témis is a former railway track converted into a bike path running from Rivière-du-Loup to the shores of Lac Témiscouta. The gravel bike path was developed with long rides in mind with restrooms, picnic grounds, parking and back country campgrounds along the way. Continue your trip in Témiscouta-sur-le-Lac by taking a ferry across the lake to Lac-Témiscouta National Park (24 km loop). From there, a bike path weaves its way along the shore to Saint-Juste-du-Lac, where you can take another ferry back to Notre-Dame-du-Lac.
